[Bf-committers] IOR Presets pup update submitted

The previous IOR Presets patch has been updated to fit the new line 
numbers found in the post-Orange cvs HEAD.  This creates a small button 
next to the IOR (Index of Refraction) material setting, from which the 
user can select from about 20 various natural materials including 
various types of water, glass, plastic and gemstones.
