[Bf-committers] request to release/RC1 builders: please keep SDL and other libs statically linked

If possible please keep it statically linked. 

libSDL, libstdc++ and some other libs are not always installed, and it would 
be good if Blender just runs out-of-the-box as much as possible :) 

What about OpenAL and other libs?
