[Bf-committers] Levels/histogram trouble, can help someone XD

I'm sure, real artist use curves, have more posibilities, but curves 
don't show a stadistical image points of image.

Why not can implement with floats?,Yes it can implement with float. the 
levels only show a stadistical image points with a non floats but we can 
work with floats, only we need show the stadistical with non floats whit 
groups (exactly 255 groups groups of [0,0.0039] [0.004,0.0078].....)
