initial plan was official testing build this weekend - was slightly
delayed due to none of the official builders being able to attend this
past Sundays meeting.  So probably this weekend instead.

it seems most unofficial builders don't enable the game engine -
people tend to not do so since it saves some time for those who
frequently compile.  So primarily the convenience of the builder and
not issues with the GE.
