New features for Rigid Body dynamics:

 - Rigid Body Constraint editing GUI/buttons
 - Compound shape support
 - Upgrade to use Bullet 2.x
 - short-cut <LEFT ALT><LEFT SHIFT><LEFT CTRL>+P to bake rigid body
simulation

We decided to postpone most other Rigid Body baking GUI for Blender 2.44.
This includes adding the Bullet C-API.
I will try to update this wiki page before release, with the current status
(not done yet):
http://mediawiki.blender.org/index.php/BlenderDev/RigidBodyPhysics

Still, this constraint editing and compound/composite shape support makes
the rigid body dynamics part much more useful.
I still need to fix some issues introduced by the Bullet 1.x -> 2.x upgrade.
