follow a list of the features for which afaik we have no  
documentation yet. (i have probably skipped some).
What is documented at http://www.blender.org/cms/ 
Changes_since_2_42.771.0.html dont show here

That will be needed for release. not all need a full page of course,  
but at least to be listed.
XSI just released a kilometer long of new features, but many seems to  
be be pure marketing only ;)
I added to the list only significant ones, and no bugfixes

Note, i did not take in account python API and scripts change too.

ImagePaint Refactoring  (brecht)
Float ImagePaint support
Textured Brushes
   Added two new blend modes to image painting brushes, erase alpha and
   add alpha, for painting transparency in images. When using the eraser
   tool of a tablet pen, the erase alpha blend mode is activated.

Tablet Pressure support in image aint and sculpt

Value Squeeze Node (J. Matthews)

Vertex support for knife tool (briggs)

Now it is possible to 'protect' action channels and constraint channels.
