[Bf-committers] shrinking multires memory usage

Hi, I tried it out, and at level 9 with default cube all is well until I 
go into edit mode and try to move vertices around it crashes under Win 
XP (2GB ram).

Error message in console: "Calloc returns nill: len=70779240 in 
TransObData(Mesh EditMode), total 791291064
