It might be a mistake on my side, but the recent build doesn't show the usual File menu at the top of Blender. Even if I replace that 3D View by 'User Preferences', and save default settings (CTRL-U) it comes back to 3D View when restarted. Can we have this user-friendly menu back ;-) ? Erwin
