[Bf-committers] Building With CMake/MSVC8 - no fonts load?

When I build with MSVC8 using project files generated from CMake, and then I
add text, I can't load any fonts.  Using scons and building for windows I
have no problems.  Has anyone come across this issue?  Or know how to solve
it?
