[Bf-committers] Error in config\win32-vc-config.py: linking errors building with VC7

I compile with scons and free MSVC 2003, in config/win32-vc-config.py if I
change for OpenEXR BF_OPENEXR_LIBPATH = '${BF_OPENEXR}/lib_msvc' by
BF_OPENEXR_LIBPATH = '${BF_OPENEXR}/lib' OpenEXR compile. Seems that
lib_msvc does not compile under MSVC2003
