[Bf-committers] SCons patch to test (long-lines error)

Hi,

I've whipped up a short piece of code that helps mingw/win32 to compile 
with scons without having to resort to workarounds like the shorter 
build path. Genscher has already tested this and confirmed it to work, 
but I'd like to have linuxers, osxers and win32ers (msvc) to test it 
before I commit it. Feedback as reply to this message on ML is appreciated.
