[Bf-committers] updated dependencies listing

Just for clarification:
The python interpreter is embedded into the blender binary. Therefore,
python is only a dependency when you are running a script that imports
non-standard modules. Since *nix systems all have some form of python
this is only really a concern on windows.
Python minimum requirement is 2.3 but 2.4 is acceptable.

Subject: [Bf-committers] updated dependencies listing

Anyone have updated dependencies?

ie python 2.3 is wrong, I think we might have openexr as a required
dependency now, same with ffmpeg, quicktime isn't a required
dependency, etc.
