[Bf-committers] Announcing new Scripting Guidelines

Bart a good idea, you might contact Matt and the two of you could
draft the guidelines?  I don't think us pythoners should be the ones
setting this type of policy though, probably needs to be more general
policy that we could ''incorporate by reference' :)
