[Bf-committers] Mac Intel Core Duos and lib/darwin-8.6.1-i386/ tree?

Looks like about a month ago, Timothy had some success at adapting 
existing builds into something useful for Mac Intel builds.  A few 
endian-ness fixups were required.

The key component for others to follow in those footsteps is a working 
CVS platform tree, such as "lib/darwin-______-i386/" and of course the 
proper -march -mcpu settings for the makefiles.

Can someone help get Timothy's lib/ tree committed to CVS so that other 
coders will leverage the effort and not reinvent this wheel?
