[Bf-committers] Easter patches

Since I am not going to be able to partecipate to the next few sunday
meetings, here comes some mean patch-advertising :), hoping for
inclusion in 2.42:

- #3876 Improved "rotating view icon"
- #3801 Show viewport name (by Neo) - now with User prefs

Please take a look also at:

- #4109 "Delete keyframe"

which is probably not a candidate for inclusion in 2.42 but could use
a lot of testing and code reviews.
