[Bf-committers] multiline tooltips.

would be interesting to implement by defineing a tooltip width instead 
of manual line breaks.
So small screens could use a width preference to draw less wide tooltips.

Manual line breaks would still be more readable, since the breaks would 
be user added in logical places.
