[Bf-committers] elbeem & msvc7

I'm not sure who this goes to, but it's a simple fix. The current msvc_7 
projectfile for elbeem looks for includes in directories that don't 
exist. The problem is that every lib\ directory called is one directory 
too far, meaning a ..\ needs to be removed from each one. A simple 
solution, seeing as how there's only about three of these directories 
included.
