[Bf-committers] A few observations on fluidsim

This being the first time I use the fluid simulation, some initial oddities
/ questions about the UI came up:

- "Real-size" is the "Size of the fluid simulation domain in meters".

What is meant by "size"? What if the domain is not cubic?
And, why can't it be larger than 1 metre?

Is this setting really needed? 1 Blender unit is 1 metre anyway.
(yes, it is. Look at the game engine. setting the gravitational constant
to 9.81 gives correct physics if 1 Blender unit is used as 1 metre.)

- Is Start Time and End Time meant in seconds? If yes, it should say so
   in the tooltip

- "Select Output" and the actual path overlap in the UI, and also, there's
a strange default value of "D/tmp" or something.

Also, the standard way to present a directory with a fileselect is
using an IconBut with a textbox next to it, like in the Output selector
   in the Scene buttons.
