[Bf-committers] Modifier Icons

Then the 'modifier' icon could be freed up, and used as a replacement 
for the "hand" icon currently used for toggling the 3D transform gizmo :)

With Bart showing great ability to make meaningful icons, is it worth 
having a look at existing icons ( like the hand one ), and seeing if 
better icons could be used.

BTW are the levels of translucency in the PNG used by Blender, or is it 
just on/off transparency?
