[Bf-committers] Build speed up with precompiled headers...

I'm just asking why Blender don't use precompiled headers in its sources 
(in particular if there is a technical motivation for not using them).
Since precompiled headers are well supported on all major compilers and 
platforms, it is a nice feature to speed up blender's build times.
