[Bf-committers] drafting dev digest / release notes for the pre-release

Try searching the CVS logs quickly next time before you ask a question 
like this on the committers list.

They're under the F7 buttons, however, they've been moved to a new 
dynamics buttons window that has no hotkey. You access it by pressing 
the little orange icon that appears to be particles.
