[Bf-committers] svn maintainers

As mentioned during the meeting today, before the move to svn can be
made there need to be committed maintainers available. So the question
is, what should these maintainers do? Things on the sysadmin side
(repository creation (although that should be automatic), dumps, etc),
or more about making/overseeing a policy for branches, doing merges like
Chris Want does for Tuhopuu, helping people with svn commands and such?

I don't foresee much going wrong with svn repositories themselves, but
I'd like to know what you think is needed.
