Read this message and the 1st response (Bruno Haible, 2004/01/22).

We can link staticly against this DLL, BUT it's needed to add some "legal" text.

I'll read again the EULA, the GPL and the OCL to try to find if they're ok...

Note: the .NET version of MSVC forbid using the DLL with OpenSource.
So, don't use .NET version.
