[Bf-committers] Updated: patch allows frame skipping for armature ghosting

I updated the patch using the -u setting instead of -p0 for better 
readability, as per Ton's suggestion. Also, I added a check within 
the <=2.39 section of readfile to update previous versions to include 
a 1 as default value for ghostsize. I noticed that there was no 
updating done to check for a lack of the ghostep value Ton had 
originally coded. Is that because it's default is 0 anyway?
