[Bf-committers] Blender Hackers Guide

I thought of doing something like that, but the general feeling I got was
that it wouldn't be worth the effort (or maybe I just discussed it with the
wrong crowd).
 Anyway, collecting links for newbie developers sounds like a good idea.
