[Bf-committers] Softbody Button-naming proposal

I showed this naming proposal during the meeting, and people seem to
agree that it makes sense (with some changed tooltips as well).

Friction > Damping
RKL > Prec(ision)
Time > Speed
PostDef > Apply Deform First
GSpring > Stiffness
GFrict > Goal Damp(ing)
GMin > Clip Min
GMax > Clip Max
ESpring > Elastic(ity)
EFrict > Edge Damp(ing)

The other names sound fine as they are. Feel free to add to or change
this list :)
