[Bf-committers] OpenEXR status

I know I said the openexr stuff would be ready for this release.
Ive been sick all this week though have haven't been able to work on it.

I have pinkeye, a temp of 102 and a pounding headache.  If anyone wants to 
take a crack at finishing it up I put what I currently have at

Brief summary:
Rewrote so it is in c instead of c++.
For some reason its core dumping on both read and write.
Builds for me with OpenEXR enabled and disabled on linux.
Builds for me with Scons with OpeneEXR disabled.  Enabled needs work I think
but should be close.

As soon as I'm better I'll finish it but the way this week has been that
might not be anytime soon.
