easy answer. But as you can see msvc set both. the SDK and the vc7 include.
C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\\Vc7\\PlatformSDK\\Include;
C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\\Vc7\\include

Side note: I get an error in blender\source\blender\blenkernel\intern\scene.c telling me that it can't find sys/time.h. The trick was to just include time.h, but sys/time.h is included in numerous place, this case is the only one not working. I get this error back since ver 1.20 of the file, inclusion of dependancy graph. I noticed this odd error in the patch first time it was posted, look like no one noticed such problem since.
Is there anyone else working with msvc7 and scons? jesterking?
