[Bf-committers] Using the patch tracker for adding scripts

This was brought up on elysiun,

it seems like a logical step to use the patch tracker to keep track of
submitted scripts.  It would be easy to keep comments with the script,
and stuff in the trackers seems to stay on peoples radar better.

So could we use the patch tracker for this, or set up a scripts tracker?
