[Bf-committers] Game Engine patch

I have fixed the debug display, it now uses the full
width-height of the canvas.

Well no rendering to a texture, another time. :)

To render a viewport from another scene just add an
overlay scene with a viewport enabled camera.

You can get the new patch + bin(with test blend).
