I'm guessing it is. Anyway, I found it really is more of a nuisance than a

Hi,

I tried, but here (OSX G5) it crashes in SDL...
This just can't be a true speedup. :)

Creating a thread on that stage in the code is asking for a lot  
troubles. Probably the speedup is a timer malfunctioning?
