[Bf-committers] New Translation Widget

[Austin Benesh]

Latest CVS build causes the widget to not work properly. No matter which
axis I click it moves along the same axis.

It's a python problem with the new menus, I had to find BPy menus init 
function and disable it (put in a return at the top).
