[Bf-committers] Transform bug with curves (OLD! Can be fixed now?)

Open it, and scale the selection along the Y axis. Notice
something? Yes, everything scales right except the curves.

This shouldn't really happen, should it?

It also happens in official 2.36 with old transform, but
still i guess this is a good opportunity to find the
reason and fix it :)
