[Bf-committers] FTGL set-up for compilation?

Hi Ken,

When I added it to the Makefiles I left scons because I don't really
use it and didn't have it setup on my machine.
No ones worked on adding it yet though.  I'll try to come up with
a possible patch tonight and post it to the patches tracker.
(I don't really use scons so anyone that knows about it more feel
free to speak up.)
