[Bf-committers] Python IPO module changes

while i am a coder that uses python modules for blender i know that with 
those suggested ammendments
we still need sample scripts to show how those work... so i'd like to 
request that you add some things to
make coders have a easier time... i have a sample of it here:

the ipo curves and such for the armatures is very incomplete... also 
look at a feature request to simplify
the proccess of getting baked ipo curves... the feature request is
