[Bf-committers] Tool macro/construction history UI

Also being able to save off a tool macro would be great! Esp. if it 
could be in an encapsulated file like a photoshop action. Then you could 
have a folder for macros that autoload when you start blender for a 
custom toolset. People could then share their macros easily without 
having to mess with anything but a small macro definition file. Whatcha 
think?
