Seriously though, the simplest and most effective way to go is this:

1) Create a blender.org news entry titled "Luxuriosity 3D Software
    is a scam. Blender is FREE!" (or something along those lines), but
    with correct spelling of 'luxuriosity' of course, so that google
    DOES come up with that instead of his page,

2) Create a link DIRECTLY on the blender3d.org frontpage, containing
    the L-word again (important!), and linking to the news entry on
    blender.org
