[Bf-committers] GPL or (c) infringement?

BPL has nothing to do with it, it is an optional license next to GPL.  
Which hasn't been issued ever BTW, and I doubt will happen ever.  
Certainly not without a long debate here. Not now! :)

We have to play this following GPL and (c) only.
