[Bf-committers] Syntax Highlighting

Here is the link for the test build forum where I have the patches and
builds with syntax highlighting.  This has not been reviewed by stivs
or any other bf-dev member as of yet. I was wanting to make sure every
thing worked before submitting it to the mailing list or a dev.

I  have also been thinking that a .xml in .blender folder would be a
better way as well. but what does every one else think.
