[Bf-committers] Turkish GUI Translation

Hi,
 
I'm providing Turkish translation for open source projects like FCKEditor, FileZilla and SharpWebMail an I'm a graphics enthusiast using raster, vector and 3d apps. In FileZilla we use po files just like in Blender (I didn't download the source code yet but that's what I read here in posts.)
Anyways, if no one deals with Turkish GUI translations yet, I'd gladly give it a try. Though I think this will be the toughest one for me :)
