[Bf-committers] Subdivide recode +goodies

Here is my work as it stands now, for your review and entertainment. I 
will post to tracker when I have some more time. This is a patch as of
7/5/05 8:30am gmt-6 , so it is patched after Ton's big commit. Please 
try it and tell me your thoughts, preferrably the good ones ;) also

---New And Redone Stuff
-Subdivide
     Subdivide  now works on edge data rather than vertex data. 
Subdivide now has options for 'Subdivide Multi' for equally
     spaced cuts of any number.  Accessed in same way (in W menu)
-Loopcut
     CTRL-R will take you into a loopcut select mode, while you are 
looking at a loop, press padplus/minus or scroll mouse
     up/down to increase # of cuts. If cuts is > 1 then those cuts are 
made, if cuts == 1, then that new cut enters edgeslide
     for placement. If MMB is pressed before entering edgeslide, the cut 
is made at 50%.

-Knifecut Multi
    Knife tool works as before, but now in addition to exact and 
midpoint, there is an option for knife multi to make
    multiple cuts along your knife path.
-Edgeslide           When a single edge or edgeloop is selected, CTRL-E 
--> Edgeslide will allow that edgeloop to be moved along it's 'rail'
     edges.
-Edgering Select
     Pressing CTRL-ALT-RMB in edgemode will select an edge ring
-BLI_linklist_append
     Added append function to the linklist lib (ZR please check!)
---Stuff that is still pending
Subdivide Smooth still needs work
Subdivisions on icospheres is broken atm
Edgeslide Placement 'ratchet' along with cleanup. Add MMB returns to 50% 
and cancels.
General cleanup and addition of more docs in code
Some general selection funkyness after actions that needs attention.
---Stuff Removed
Old subdivide code is removed
Old loopcut is removed
Old (ALT-B) edgeloop select is removed (use ALT-RMB in edgemode!)
Old (SHIFT-R) faceloop select is removed (use ALT-RMP in facemode!)
