[Bf-committers] Guessconfg files needed to build with make/mingw

I think what joeedh means is getting the files or fixes comitted for
those w.o. CVS write access. I use scons and the VS toolkit and have
some issues with it. I've posted these issues on the ML in the past
with little or no responses (I now resorted to creating tracker items
at the moment to see if it would expedite the process ;))

IMO joeedh is attempting to be one of the people who maintain it by
sending in a patch. It seems that we all have our own preferences for
build environments and that not all the available options has very
active developers who maintain them. Who uses (and who is the
maintainer) of the windows scons builds? I would happily take the
position if it is not occupied.
