[Bf-committers] Can the Transform Properties window be legally used more?

addendum: they thought Motions dashboard looked a like like Blenders,as 
in Apple was in spired by Blender.. I have no orcare in anyway I just 
like the tool and find that it would give tablet users and full screen 
user faster access to buttons and a cleaner faster work flow.
