[Bf-committers] In memoriam: Jacques Guignot

Hi everyone,

Yesterday the sad news reached us that Jacques Guignot died of a heart  
attack last February 6th. He was one of very active developers in the  
Python team, especially contributing to the full Python API recode  
project.
According to the people who worked with him, Jacques really enjoyed  
working on it, and was quite proud of his achievements in Blender  
Python coding, Jacques was one of the winners of the Suzanne Award for  
"Best development contribution" 2003.

I remember Jacques especially from his occasional visits on IRC, which  
he consistantly kept "to the point", getting the information he needed  
and then immediately back to work. :)

Jacques, we'll miss you. My thoughts are with you and your friends and  
family.
