[Bf-committers] Vectorial Motion Blur

Discussions have been going on both on .org and at elYsiun about 
implementing vectorial motion blur. I've written a technical paper on 
implementing this in Blender. I'm not intimately familiar with the 
render code, so this is the best Ican do with the time I have. It's 
not really a feature proposal so much as a guide to the process the 
system uses, and where (I think) it would fit into the existing 
render pipeline. With that in mind, I thought it would be appropriate 
to link to here. If not, smack me down, and I'll go away.

If someone familiar with the render code were bored, or looking to 
procrastinate in the face of a daunting project (like an Armature 
recode or something), this document might give you something to play 
with for a day or two.
