[Bf-committers] Tool Stack with Tool Painter!

I'm not going to post any code, but I had to say. . .

I've written an abstracted tool layer!  For my new he mesh type!!  And 
it supports macros!!!

And what's even cooler, I've written a special "tool paint" for these 
macros!  Of course, all it does is do a findnearestface once every 0.1 
seconds, nothing fancy, but even still, I've just made LetterRip's 
sculptmesh tool in about 2 seconds by creating a macro consisting of 
expand-selection & move-along-normal (a special "macro" transform, since 
normal transforms and this system are pretty much 100% incompatible).

I feel so excited.

P.S.: Now if only I could get those STUPID subdivide and delvert 
functions to work!
