Some notes on the differences between scons and makefiles builds on Os 
X :

* For SDL support in makefiles, we link against Cocoa framework, while 
in scons we link against Appkit.

AppKit is a much smaller subset, we may think of doing the same in make

* platform_linkflags entry dont work in OS X config.opts. things added 
there are not used at link time.
