[Bf-committers] "Save As" menu increment button

I had asked a while ago if there was a way to increment the blend filename in 
the save as menu and was told that there was a keyboard command to do that.   
Attached is a patch to add a button to do the same thing in the Save/Save As 
file selctor menu.
