Hello, I compile on the free MSVC toolkit 2003 with scons. To success 
the compilation I have to add one thing for the sconscript file in 
blender\extern\bullet :
I add Extras/PhysicsInterface/CcdPhysics/CcdPhysicsEnvironment.cpp in 
the bullet_sources list :
