[Bf-committers] particle effect additions

Hi Janne,

Emilie McDavid and myself started working on a document to help in the 
reorganization of the particles panel. Its pretty obvious from your 
screenshot that this will be necessary even more-so in the future. You 
can take a look at the UI project portion of the wiki to get an idea of 
what we were doing.

I think what's going to need to happen here is to create an additional 
panel. This extra-wide version doesn't even fit on vertical buttons windows.

Aside from the UI stuff.. your additions seem to be *very* positive. I'm 
especially interested in the show-unborn feature. It would be great to 
try with metaballs.
